Biography
Adam WardziĆski began his martial arts journey at the age of 14, starting with aikido. While he initially enjoyed the practice, he eventually lost interest due to its lack of competitive elements and focus on hand-to-hand combat.
Despite his early exposure to martial arts, WardziĆski's passion for grappling began in his mid-teens, fueled by his fascination with jiu-jitsu videos on YouTube. At the age of 18, he started training jiu-jitsu under Karol Matuszczak, a prominent figure in Polish grappling. As his skills progressed, WardziĆski became a coach himself, sharing his knowledge with a growing group of students.
A significant turning point in WardziĆski's career came when he met Alan do Nascimento, a renowned black belt from Brazil. Impressed by Nascimento's teaching methods, WardziĆski sought his guidance and became affiliated with his association. In October 2016, WardziĆski achieved his own black belt under Nascimento's mentorship.
