Biography

Gregor Gracie, the son of Ângela Gracie (widow of Rolls Gracie), grew up surrounded by the Gracie family and began training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Rilion and Carlos Gracie Junior.

Despite his natural talent, Gregor didn't take BJJ seriously until his purple belt. He then focused on his career, dividing his time between Rio de Janeiro and New York to train at Gracie Barra and Renzo Gracie Academy.

Gregor's success in BJJ led him to help Renzo Gracie's IFL team, which inspired him to try MMA. He had a successful MMA career, winning seven out of eleven fights.
