Jay Rodriguez, born in Philadelphia and raised in New Jersey, discovered his passion for wrestling at a young age. He excelled in the sport, earning recognition in high school and eventually transitioning to No Gi jiu-jitsu after graduating.
Influenced by his brother's success, Jay dedicated himself to the discipline, training rigorously and achieving his blue belt in just seven months. In 2021, he moved to Texas to train full-time with his brother.
