Trained by renowned coaches Firas Zahabi and John Danaher, Taza quickly rose to prominence, placing second at the ADCC East Coast Trials in 2016 after only two years of training. Biography

Oliver Taza began his martial arts journey in 2012 at TriStar Mixed Martial Arts Academy. After initially focusing on boxing, he returned to grappling and quickly progressed under the guidance of Firas Zahabi and John Danaher.

Despite an ACL injury in 2018, Taza continued to excel, earning his brown belt in 2016 and being promoted to black belt in 2020.
