Our mats are made for Jiu Jitsu, not light workouts. The 1.5” thickness provides excellent shock absorption and joint protection for takedowns, drills, and live training, helping reduce impact compared to standard puzzle mats.

This set includes 12 interlocking tiles each measuring 20” x 20”, covering a total of 33 square feet of training space.

Each tile is reversible, with black on one side and grey on the other, so you can choose which color you want facing up. Please note that black and grey sides cannot be interlocked directly next to each other within the same continuous mat area.

The puzzle-style design makes it easy to set up a dedicated training area at home, with the option to add more sets over time as your mat space grows.

Our puzzle mat surface features a true tatami texture, the same style used in high-level jiu jitsu training rooms for consistent grip and control. It provides reliable traction for footwork, pivots, and takedowns while still allowing smooth movement during transitions and scrambles.

The precision-cut interlocking edges create a tight, secure fit that helps the mats stay locked in place during training. Combined with the dense foam construction, this creates a stable surface that feels solid under movement rather than shifting or separating during rounds.
