I bought one for my son and liked it so much I got one for myself and his 3 coaches. We do Jiu Jitsu and wrestling so this bag holds a gi, full no gi gear, and his wrestling gear all together. Since we go from one training session directly to the other, fitting all this gear is a must. It has room for a small first aid kit, a can of Sub wipes and a full shower kit along with the rest. I carry the adult sizes of the same gear in mine as well and it all fits perfectly.
