Of cold water then mix well. It has ingredients that are key for recovery and cramp prevention. Love it so much, I have a subscription for it. And the use Stevia to sweeten it… PERFECT! United States United StatesThe pre and post roll supplements are fine. The cons for me are that the post roll did not come with a scoop. No problem though, I just use two pre roll scoops. The feeling from the pre roll is extremely light and doesn’t get you amped up physiologically, so that’s good for the organs. The only substantial complaint I have is the flavor, especially the pre roll but they are both not pleasant. Outside of that I’m very happy with these products and will be ordering again when I need replacements.
