Good quality ingredients but the flavor is a bit strong like licking a lime peel.. I’ll order a diff flavor next time.

Taste is just like lemon juice (I'm a water guy so if you wanna use it for your shakes I'd think it go fine with it) I been doing Jiu-Jitsu for 2 years now so I know the difference when my body is stressed, hurt and recovered. And when I was at work the next day after Jiu-Jitsu, doing my usual thing I just noticed that I felt refresh and ready to roll again. I found this product thru Jiu-Jitsu athlete Joey Balistreri.
