Pre Roll is the perfect concoction for jujitsu. I love this stuff because it gives me a slight boost of energy to get warmed up, but not too much so it doesn’t feel like my heart is going to explode along with my bowels like most other pre-workouts or energy drinks do. No upset stomach’s here. And they use one of the safest sweeteners (Stevia) in the ingredients. It also has a plethora of other ingredients to keep you going and stay energized without any crash which is key. It has a nice mild flavor too, not gross or overpowering. Buy it, you won’t regret it.
