You might find that your frame is suitable for multiple sizes - gi sizing is a matter of personal taste. If you like a tighter, more slim fitting cut you should err toward the smaller size. If you prefer extra room in your gi you can choose the larger size in your range.

While we use pre-shrunk fabric in all of our gis, you can still expect some shrinkage (especially if you're washing in hot water, or tumble drying). A good rule of thumb is heavier weight gis (like our Women's Foundation) will shrink more than lighter weight gis (like our Women's Aeroweave). This gi fit me perfectly aside from my thigh area. I am 5’3 and 134, wider hip area. I cannot exchange for the next size up because I used my military discount and overlooked that using it made my order “final sale.” I didn’t see that until afterwards. So now I have a brand new gi that I can’t fit into or use.

I got the F3 in black. I sized up because I was in-between sizes, so I shrunk the Gi to fit. Everything now fits perfect except the drawl string on the pants shortened up a tad too much. I would love if the string came a little longer to compensate for any shrinking during washing. That is my only gripe.
