This is a size chart for our Jiu Jitsu knee pads. Sizing is best done via leg circumference (measure 5" above the knee), but we also provide an approximate weight range.

Not quite sure what size to get? Stick with the size shorts you wear. Knee pad sizing is pretty consistent with shorts sizing. If you always wear Large shorts, a Large set of knee pads will probably fit you just fine without measuring your leg circumference.
