You might find that your frame is suitable for multiple sizes - gi sizing is a matter of personal taste. If you like a tighter, more slim fitting cut you should err toward the smaller size. If you prefer extra room in your gi you can choose the larger size in your range.

While we use pre-shrunk fabric in all of our gis, you can still expect some shrinkage (especially if you're washing in hot water, or tumble drying). A good rule of thumb is heavier weight gis (like our Valiant or Calavera) will shrink more than lighter weight gis (like our Aeroweave). For more information on gi shrinkage, check out this video.

Wore my new comp 380 lightweight gi at training yesterday. I felt strong, quick and elusive.the younger guys thought I moved like a cat , kind of a blur. I’m not sure if it was me or the new Gi But I suspect the Gi Fits great ( A3) I’m a svelt 5’11” and 215 Extremely muscular but the gi covered my 6 pac. Love the new Gi like all of my Goldbjj gi’s !!!
Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service and the gi. I'm 5'7" and walk around 150-160 and I purchased the A1. The gi looks super clean and it feels great. The Gi top fits perfectly, but the pants are a tad big/long, Hopefully the pants will shrink in the dryer and wash. This is my second purchase (Previous was the aeroweave, which is also a very good gi)
