You might find that your frame is suitable for multiple sizes - gi sizing is a matter of personal taste. If you like a tighter, more slim fitting cut you should err toward the smaller size. If you prefer extra room in your gi you can choose the larger size in your range.

While we use pre-shrunk fabric in all of our gis, you can still expect some shrinkage (especially if you're washing in hot water, or tumble drying). A good rule of thumb is heavier weight gis (like our Valiant or Calavera) will shrink more than lighter weight gis (like our Aeroweave). For more information on gi shrinkage, check out this video.

Company has been great to work with and the GI itself is fantastic. I’m 5’9 1/2 about 170lbs. The A1 was too small and the A2 jacket was too big. My other GIs from my gym are A2. Where I live gets hot so was looking for a lighter option.
