You might find that your frame is suitable for multiple sizes - gi sizing is a matter of personal taste. If you like a tighter, more slim fitting cut you should err toward the smaller size. If you prefer extra room in your gi you can choose the larger size in your range.

While we use pre-shrunk fabric in all of our gis, you can still expect some shrinkage (especially if you're washing in hot water, or tumble drying). A good rule of thumb is heavier weight gis (like our Valiant or Calavera) will shrink more than lighter weight gis (like our Aeroweave). For more information on gi shrinkage, check out this video.

While this gi was constructed with competition in mind, it's an excellent every day gi - especially in colder climates and seasons.
The heavier weight weave will stand up to even the toughest training sessions.
